The Site is operated by C2 Operations LLC, doing business as Tau Media (“Tau Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
§ III. Nature of business
Tau Media is an affiliate publishing company. We buy paid media on TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat using our own capital and earn solely through affiliate commissions on conversions we drive. We are not a marketing agency and do not offer marketing services to the public.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide marketing, advertising, or agency services. Business partnerships are entered into only through direct written agreements with Tau Media.
§ IV. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site without our written permission.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Tau Media.
§ V. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the “Tau Media” name, and design elements — are owned by C2 Operations LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; no other license is granted.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including advertising platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Use them at your own risk.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Any performance figures on the Site — impressions, spend, conversions — are historical aggregates and do not constitute a guarantee of future results for any specific partnership.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TAU MEDIA, C2 OPERATIONS LLC, OR ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C2 Operations LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
